Your apartment, court yard and balcony is private use areas. The swimming pool, garden and sun deck next to the pool is common area and the first come first serve policy applies.

This apartment is equipped with an inverter and battery system, ensuring that you are not left in the dark during power outages. Hence all the lights working during loadshedding, but the aircons, oven, hot water cylinder, underfloor heating and heated towel rails will not work during loadshedding, due to the high amount of electricity that they consume. All the plugs in the living areas work, but not those in the bedrooms. We also kindly request that you use the electricity sparingly during the longer loadshedding schedules, in order to preserve battery life.

Our dedicated team will be meeting you at the apartment to welcome you. Should you arrive after 6pm, we have a self-check-in option, if you are comfortable with it. We kindly request that you update us on your expected arrival time to avoid delays.

The kitchen is fully equipped with state of the art appliances, including gas hub, oven, microwave , washing machine, and fridge/freezer.

Balcony is perfect for al fresco dining, and also has a gas BBQ.
